[Alpharetta, GA] – BOCCHI’s new 11-acre, cutting edge production facility fires up its kilns in Türkiye, effectively doubling BOCCHI’s production capacity. The brand-new facility features the latest in ceramic production and precision manufacturing, seamlessly blending centuries of knowledge and skill with the latest in high-tech engineering into each product it produces. The 30,000+ square meter primary production campus and accompanying facilities will serve as the new flagship of BOCCHI production.

Capable of producing more than two-million pieces of ceramic a year at full capacity, the facility brings nearly 400 new jobs to a region known for excellence in ceramics. Master artisans will continue the legacy BOCCHI has created for affordable luxury products subjected to rigorous performance standards. The new factory houses two tunnels kilns (each nearly the length of a football field), several chamber kilns and both high-tech electrostatic glazing and hand-finishing glazing operations, along with numerous high-pressure casting machines designed to maximize precision and efficiency with artisanal touches.

BOCCHI’s president and head of USA operations, Akgun Seckiner, one of the company’s four founding owners, noted that opening the new factory marked a major step in BOCCHI’s commitment to the future. “Demand is rising for high-quality products that can withstand the rigors of daily life and provide style and beauty to the home, all while remaining affordable. Fireclay is perfectly suited to these needs, and to matching the styles, colors, and installation types that homeowners want as trends shift and evolve.”

“The challenge comes from the production side,” he continued. “BOCCHI is one of only a handful of companies, globally, able to manufacture fine fireclay and the new factory marks our commitment to being the leader in fireclay production. As demand for the material continues to grow in the USA and abroad, we want to be there offering solutions.”

Environmental conservation continues to be a priority for BOCCHI in this factory, as in its previous ones, by performing to strict ISO 14001 Environmental Management System’s Certification standards. The new factory uses 100% recycled water and 100% recycled product by either recycling left-over materials into new ceramics or into concrete construction, so no part of the material goes to waste. It also uses heat-capture technology from the kilns and drying rooms to heat other areas of the facility and the accompanying office complex.

The first products from the factory are in production now and preparing to ship to the USA. The new factory will allow BOCCHI to maintain a more consistent and steady flow of products to the North American market. These products will feature not only the classic apron-front, tri-mount and retrofit fireclay sinks BOCCHI has become known for, but several exciting new products due to be released in Q4 of 2026.

New products from the factory will include fireclay laundry sinks and an expanded line of undermount and dual-ledge workstation sinks. New colors and finishes will also be coming to fit today’s earthier and warmer color trends, including Matte Jasmine which is a softer and creamer alternative to the classic biscuit finish.

BOCCHI looks forward to growing its presence in the USA as homeowners throughout North America embrace the material. The new factory will allow BOCCHI to create more products designed specifically for the American home and meet the growing demand while reducing lead-times and backorders.
